Do you ever feel like your self-doubt is running the show?

Like, even when there’s something you want to do, the self-doubt comes in and stops you because it’s a little scary?

Or maybe you find yourself always jumping to the worst case scenario?

You’re not alone in feeling this way.

And that’s because there’s a reason the self-doubt is there. The good news is, there’s a way to quiet it and turn the volume up on your self-belief. That voice that you hear sometimes saying, “you got this!” could be the one you listen to instead.

Because the more WOC believe in ourselves, the more impact we can have in our communities and on the world.

In this 5-day collective learning & action event:

We’ll be gathering as a community of women of color to understand

  • where our self-doubt comes from
  • how to quiet it, and
  • how to trust and amplify the self-belief inside all of us.

And this won’t be an offering where you just consume information (which we are very good at!). We’ll also take collective action to create transformation.

What you will learn:

Day 1: Understanding where our self-doubt comes from and why it’s so loud

During Day 1, we’re going to kick off with a ton of self-compassion as we navigate this process.  You will learn where that loud and persistent self-doubt comes from.  (Spoiler alert: it’s not your fault!)  There’s larger systems at play here.

You’ll walk away with not only a better understanding of yourself but a tangible action item you can take today!

Day 2: How to turn the volume down on your doubt

Unfortunately, our doubt will probably never go away completely.  It does serve a purpose for us from time to time.  However, there are ways to turn the volume dial down on the doubt…maybe to a point where it’s hard to hear and maybe some days at least down enough for us to start hearing our own voice again.

Today, you’ll walk away with an effective way to create distance from your self-doubt, immediately.

Day 3: Understanding where our self-belief comes from and why it’s so quiet

So what do we do with that space we just created from our self-doubt?  Invite more self-belief to join the party . Today, we’ll talk about the self-belief that’s in all of us, where it comes from, and why it’s so quiet sometimes.

You’ll walk away with an understanding of your self-belief and start building a better relationship with it.

Day 4: How to turn the volume up on your self-belief

Just like you can turn the volume down on self-doubt, you can also turn the volume UP on your self-belief!  You get to choose if you bump your self-belief like it was your favorite old school jam. Today, you’ll learn a tool that will help you amplify your self-belief during times you need it the most.

Day 5: How to maintain your self-belief

We’ve covered A LOT over the last 4 days and I want to create some space for us to CELEBRATE ourselves!  This work is not easy.  You are unlearning and learning things that your ancestors never had the opportunity to.  In just 4 days, you’ve already started expanding the possibilities for your lineage.

Today, you’ll receive a tool to maintain yourself-belief and an offering to continue this work in community.

So what’s next?

We’ll talk about how to maintain your self-belief, even when it’s tested. And, you’ll hear about an opportunity to take this work deeper to create life-long liberatory change, in community.
