workshop series
Even when you’re at capacity, it’s a struggle to set boundaries or say no.
You’re exhausted more days than not, physically, mentally and emotionally.
It’s hard to articulate your own goals or desires.
As a chronic self-sacrificer, you’ve given so much of yourself without receiving enough and it’s taking a toll in your relationships.
Making decisions feels like solving a rubix cube of finding the “right” choice that makes everyone happy.
Learn how to have your own back when you feel the pressure or guilt to continue deprioritizing yourself.
Understand what a “you-centered” life looks like and identify what area in your life that prioritizing yourself would make the greatest impact on your well-being.
Fill in the steps of “where do I start?” and “how do I actually do this?” so that you take action with confidence instead of being overwhelmed with uncertainty.
As a community of folks with immigrant roots, we often navigate a delicate balance between honoring our roots and pursuing our dreams. This series is about easing that tension, so you can move forward with clarity, confidence, and a deep sense of self-trust.
We want you to have more than just information and awareness. We want to equip you with actual tools you can put to use right away.
This session addresses the specific obstacles that prevent you from putting yourself first. Guided by insights from your Proving-to-Prioritizing Audit, we’ll explore practical strategies to overcome these challenges. By the end of this workshop, you’ll develop a plan to support yourself while following through on implementing your key priority in 2025, ensuring you stay aligned with your values and goals.
Let’s be real - prioritizing yourself is a journey and you’ll probably have questions come up as you start implementing what you learned.
Our optional Post-Workshop Support Session is designed to help you stay on track with your priorities and continue overcoming obstacles with confidence. In this interactive session, we’ll offer personalized guidance to help you stay aligned with your priorities, navigate any new challenges, and strengthen your confidence as you move forward. It’s a chance to deepen your progress and ensure that the changes you’re making feel supported and sustainable.

It’s hard to prioritize yourself when you’re not sure where to start, what to focus on, and what the steps are. We’re going to tackle that in this workshop so that you know where to funnel your energy for the biggest fulfillment impact.
In this session, we’ll explore what a “you-centered” life looks like, moving beyond societal and cultural expectations. We’ll also identify the major obstacles that have been limiting you from prioritizing yourself. You'll transition from seeking validation to focusing on what fulfills you, and identify a key priority for the upcoming year to work on throughout the series. We’ll also introduce your Priority Project—a personal goal or initiative that prioritizes you that you’ll tackle in the next 90 days.

This pre-workshop audit will help you identify the areas in your life where prioritizing yourself can make the biggest impact. You'll uncover how much proving yourself influences your decisions and pinpoint the top three obstacles standing in your way. By the end, you'll have a clearer path to confidently prioritize your needs.
After each workshop, you’ll receive a brief survey to share your thoughts. Your insights and feedback will directly inform the development of my book! By sharing your journey, you’ll not only benefit personally but also contribute to a resource that will support others in similar situations.
No, you are totally empowered to show up as you wish during our time together. While I will create space throughout the workshop for folks to share aloud or type in the chat, there is no pressure to do so. You get to prioritize what you need.
