I support change makers of color to co-create a joyful, expansive, and liberated world through radical embodiment of their full power.
When you live liberated – free from people-pleasing, seeking approval, or filtering yourself to be more palatable – you are able to tap into a deeper and more sustainable source of power.
The kind of power that’s needed to create the long-lasting impact in the world that you are meant to create.
I can not believe how much my self-confidence and clarity on who I am has shifted in such a short amount of time. After the program, I am now using the tools to recognize when I am giving away my power and victimizing myself. I am recognizing when I am allowing someone to take up space in my mind and allowing others to take control of my thoughts, actions, and behaviors. I am continuing on my journey to reclaim my power, decolonize, discover, and connect to my ancestral roots. I am becoming the empowered, confident leader I’ve always wanted to be.
DE&I and Parenting Coach
Nicole’s coaching came at the most perfect moment. I was at a crossroads between being stuck in my old way of thinking and being the amazing Marie I can be. I needed a little push and support to break through that. Her advice, support and exercises gave me so much clarity to move past the negative thinking to embrace and attain more possibilities. It’s the baby steps of “Showing up” or “putting on those shoes” that have made the biggest impact in such a short amount of time.
Professional Baker, Educator
[Our coaching] has helped me to get super clear on my vision and truly realize it’s possibility. I had the tremendous opportunity to work closely with and witness the incredible growth of some truly badass women, who supported me for half a year, and I am so grateful. This program has helped me better acknowledge and work through my limiting beliefs, understand and partner with my inner critic, and create a plan for how I want to show up authentically for those I want to serve. Nicole is a forever inspiration, like the other women of color I went on this journey with, and I recommend this experience to anyone searching for a community that will uplift you, love on you, and help you build out your biggest, most juiciest dreams.
Community Director, Professor
Nicole helped me through a very trying moment of my career and continues to do so with her guidance and words of encouragement. As a first generation woman of color, it means so much that Nicole knows first hand the challenges that are unique to our community and can speak and share advice from a place of true understanding.
The journey to find and achieve your passions can be difficult, primarily because we get in our own way. Nicole helps change your perceptions of yourself and situations, which I believe leads to life opening up to you (it has for me!). Thank you Nicole, you are awesome 🙂
